Order processing time?

Due to a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in our dispatching time.1-3 days for processing. If it is a customized gift, it may take 3-5 days to complete the production

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note, there can be a delay between your order shipping and you receiving a shipping confirmation email, up to 24 hours.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Sunday, with the exception of public holidays.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When you receive an email with the tracking number, you will generally receive your package in 5 to 10 days. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

Sorry If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

I ordered the wrong item, can I edit my order?

We want to say yes but we have to say no. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. It might be possible to cancel your order. Please reach out to us ASAP via chat and we will do our best to get your order canceled.

My goods arrived damaged !

We are so sorry to hear that your goods arrived damaged. We try our best to provide the best bag experience, however, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.
